2021 EDIT – the fabric is really obnoxious for pilling and when you pull a pill it pulls out a 3 inch long wisp of fiber each time. They need to change the fabric and sell replacement covers because the pillows do not wear out. END 2021 EDIT …. EDIT – I got hooked on this to reduce knee pain. One year later, with the ugly pilling cover that is hard to remove for washing, I ordered another on sale. MUCH IMPROVED! A half inch longer for better support and the zipper has been moved to the long side where removing is easier thanks to an additional 2 inch zipper length. This is frequently on sale. END 2019 EDITLight density stiff memory foam. I was really hoping it would help my recently developed case of sciatica. Very little. The sale price on this one is competitive, no other reason I tried this one. I can say these are easier to deal with than trying to use a regular pillow, the shape means they tend to stay with you when you roll over. I get less knee pain with this than what I had without it.
