I’ve always slept with a pillow between my knees since I was a kid & now with a back injury for a few years it’s been hard to sleep how I used to & find a comfy spot for long. This little pillow has been helping me a lot when it comes to making sure my hip doesn’t get angry & neither does my lower back. I have 4 pinched nerves in my lower back so finding something comfortable to help has been hard. I just wish this was slightly longer because when I want to sleep on my stomach I put the pillow under whichever knee I have bent up to help but it takes a bit to get it in the right spot where it doesn’t feel awkward. I’ve used it as well for my neck when I’m sitting up & under my arms when I’m leaning sideways while sitting & it helps a lot.Now the long one I’ve been using everywhere but under my legs. I use it for support on my lower back when I’m sitting either straight on my back or behind a pillow to give it a little more support. I’ve also put it it next to me to either support my stomach, my back, & put my knee over when I’m sideways. This is more firm than the in between leg pillow so it helps having one that is soft & one that is firm. [...]
